It really saddens me to have to report such friendly service being subpar in order satisfaction. Twice in a row now, I asked to add sour cream to my burrito, and they didn't do it. Not only that, but I ordered a Diet Coke and they gave me a regular. AND Iordered the combo and they didn't give me any chips. AND I asked for creamy cilantro dressing and they gave me green salsainstead. I really don't understand what is so challenging about paying attention to what the customer is ordering and thenfulfilling that order--especially such a simple one. The restaurant showed promise, but there's definitely room for improvement in customer service. The food was generally good, and the lobby was clean and maintained a comfortable temperature. It would be great to see more teamwork among the front-of-house staff, with team members stepping out of their stations to assist customers instead of retreating to avoid busy periods. Overall, a bit more initiative and collaboration would enhance the experience.

If i can give zero stars i would of last time with no lies i was in pollo loco waiting for one 3 p combo n waited for 45 min thats insane and unbelievable but it true they have nasty dirty kitchen and lobby they really need to do something about thisthey have no good employees they don?t care for their restaurant i work at canes you should check it out above n beyond butnasty nasty everything about it is nasty iven employess

The best fast food chain in California! The chicken is juicy, and they offer unlimited salsa and hot sauce. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is friendly and quick. Stop by any day and treat yourself to the best grilled chicken around! Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff here were incredibly friendly, and the service was quick, even during a busy drive-thru. The Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was outstanding. It was also refreshing to see staff members with big smiles who genuinely enjoy their work!

I couldn't even order, the wait time was excruciating. I was waiting for so long that I decided to buy lees sandwiches Next door. It shouldn't take that long to take my order. Atleast no longer than 15 minutes!!
