El Pollo Loco - Reserva de mesa

My favorite local El Pollo Loco, because the chicken is cooked right (juicy not dry), and my curbside orders are ready when I get to the restaurant. I have been visiting this location over 4 years. I would give 5 stars, but sometimes the salsa andtortillas I have ordered are not correct (all flour tortillas when I ordered flour and corn tortillas and cilantro salsa when Iordered medium salsa). I check all orders before I leave restaurant now. Plenty of parking near restaurant and located justoff 10 freeway on 2nd street in Beaumont. CA.

This restaurant frequently closes its food service at random times, disregarding the posted hours. They do accept EBT, but you can only use it when the dining area is open. More often than not, orders get mixed up. The cleanliness is a real issue too; every time I visit, the counters, credit machines, and plexiglass always have the same grime on them, even if I haven't been there in a week. Additionally, there's one employee who consistently has a poor attitude, making you feel unwelcome when placing your order.

Asked for extra Pico de gallo, salsa and avocado salsa and the lady at the drive in gave me the ?deer in the headlight look? so I repeated myself and STILL no response, just shut the window!! Sorry no more spending my there. I will go elsewhere.???????? Reserva una mesa ahora

Love Pollo Loco. The food is good but totally stingy with salsa and onions I got a large family meal for 8 and when I ask for a lot of onions and cilantro, I got one small pack... Enough for one... Like... What? Otherwise it was a good experience.

I usually love Pollo loco but when I went through the drive thru for my 2 piece meal I didn?t get my salad and I had called them 4-6 times and all those times they never answered or just hung up on me. This is ridiculous

My favorite is the Double Chicken Tostada Salad. This is the only El Pollo that uses Shredded Chicken and they don't give you much of that Very disappointed. Small Portions. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the rude behavior of the manager, Julian. I don't think I'll ever return after such poor service.
