Employees The employees here at El Pollo Loco on 47th Street have always been very kind hearted no matter the day and consistently put their all into their shifts. They all work well as a team, delivering fast and excellent service. 5/5 Food There is something about the food at this Pollo Loco that others don’t have (not that the other restaurants are bad, but I prefer this one). There is much more flavor and care put into making the food here. My favorite food here is the quesadillas alongside the chicken, of course. Please stop watering down the cilantro dressing. The taste is bland. Best dressing ever, delicious the original way. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Everything else is is great.
