El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

On August 8th, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., we had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food we ordered, including a taco salad, chicken burrito, and chicken tacos, was of poor quality. It is unclear whether the cause of the diarrhea that affected me and my children was due to the spoiled cilantro and onions in the tacos, the unappetizing and seemingly unwashed salad in the taco salad, or possibly the chicken itself. The overall meal did not sit well with us, and thanks to this negative experience, we have not returned to Pollen-Loco at 47 for years.

Sorry, I can't add pictures! I love their double avocado salad. I always stop their. Between jobs..it's not a heavy meal. It's perfect for lunch. Not the heavy lazy meal. If you have a working day. Is were to go for lunch. Timed myself at 12:37 was out of the drive line at 12: 43. Yes, lunch hour is heavy. But, been working on which one is best. With a healthy meal. To keep my day going.

I usually do not leave reviews but today was the third time I went drive thru and half my order was missing. Didn?t realize until I got home. First time they didn?t give me my churros or guacamole. Second time they left out chicken tacos, and third time they didn?t give us our chopped chicken, 1 taco and 1 drink? Very inconvenient?

Several items were missing from our order, including cutlery and napkins. We only received a Zilantro Lime Dressing for three salads. It also seemed like the portions had been reduced. Overall, I was not very happy with this dining experience.

Great service, food is always hot and cooked well. Friendly staff as well.
