El Pollo Loco - Reserva de mesa

Sorry, but not sorry...Every single time I've attempted Drive-Thru, the wait has been over 30mins at least...not to mention the Dining Room was closed, sooo what's the hold-up?! Don't even get me started with the other location in North Rialto smh....furthermore, this REVIEW was typed while waiting for my food that took about 35mins to prepare in which I hope they got it right this time smfh...good food, but a waste of GAS and TIME fyi

It started out on the wrong foot. First I wasn?t able to order online. So I walked in waited about four or five minutes to get someone to take my order. I wanted a 16 family. I was told that it would be a little wait. No problem I?ll wait. Got home and we had only two sides. I should have checked it before I left. This is the second time in a row it?s been screwed up. This store and S Riverside.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I know many places that close early, but this one stays open late, which is a plus. I felt compelled to leave a review because the avocado salsa is amazing—it's thick and has a unique flavor that you won't find anywhere else. The food also stands out compared to other restaurants. I would definitely give it a 10/10!

I had lunch today, and unfortunately, the food was not fresh at all. I ordered the chicken, and it tasted like it had been cooked the day before—hard and dry. The restaurant seemed to underestimate the lunch rush, resulting in leftover chicken from earlier. I arrived around 2 p.m., and it was a very disappointing meal, to say the least! Really good experience. I know several locations close early but really appreciate this one being open late. I'm only reviewing because however makes the avocado salsa is fire?it's thick and tastes unique, don't change it!. The flavor of the food is different from others as well. 10/10!

I ordered the birria tacos, and the container was only half full. I asked for creamy cilantro and received three containers, each only a quarter full. It would have been nice to get at least one that was actually full. The mac and cheese was watery as well. Overall, it wasn't worth it.

The creamy Zilantro was so watered when I poured on my tostada that it literally made everything so healthy. I killed my appetite. Forever an order and the double chicken? was more like the mere minimum. Who tries to spread things to save money will lead this place out of business.

I don't usually enjoy Pollen-Loco, but I decided to try their new hard shell tacos with birria. Wow! I was really impressed! They were incredibly good and delicious. It's a must-try for everyone, though they are a bit pricey. Definitely worth it! Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered the birria tacos, container was literally half way, asked for creamy cilantro I was given 3 that were a quarter full, might as well have given one that was actually full. Mac and cheese was watery. Definitely not worth it

The food was decent, but my girlfriend found all the salad pieces to be unpleasant. There was hair on her cup, which was really off-putting. Additionally, the rice in my pollo bowl was still hard.
