El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

This is the worst of all the El Pollo Loco restaurants. They are often out of ingredients, they often put bones in their bowls and I would be thrilled if they remembered my chips, just once! Please! Just once?!!! The upside is that the staff (the adults who seem to actually care) are really nice. Sigh. If they were strictly customer service it would be a wonderful place. Just not a place to go eat.

Poor customer service. Guy in the drive through window with yellow streaks in his hair tells me he only has one green sauce and that’s all he can give me for 2 orders of chicken. I ask for a single churro and tells me he can’t do that either. I’ve never had this issue with anyone else. I work down the street and will never come back here again.

All of their food, especially the chicken, is fantastic. Everyone who works here is so nice polite, also. I just wish there was an El Pollo Loco closer to our home. There should be many El Pollo Loco locations throughout Salt Lake County.
