I recommend this place. Food, service and management are excellent. Management wants you to feel like you're part of the family. They take care of customer satisfaction. A week ago we ordered takeout and it wasn't our satisfaction. I called and spoke to the assistant, Tita, and was as impressed as she treated the situation. She asked us to come back and she would remake our food personally. Omg, how many times this happens. When we went back, Tita not only replaced our food, etc. She sat with us too. She wanted us to know that her customers are important and how family are. The manager. Rosy also spoke to us and repeated that they strive for excellence in this place. Good or bad experiences...

We've typically loved the chicken tostada, but this time we were quite disappointed. Normally, it comes topped with generous portions of chicken, tomatoes, beans, and sour cream. Instead, we found just a small spoonful of chicken, around four pieces of diced tomato that resembled more skin than actual tomato chunks, a tiny dollop of sour cream, and no beans at all. The shell was at least crispy and fresh. On the other hand, the burrito was good—nothing wrong with that.

First time that I'm hearing that El Pollo Loco doesn't sell red meat. I got the street tacos. Taco AL carbon. I thought I was ordering the chicken avocado tacos. I went up to get which I thought was my forgotten avocado but I guess the cashier orderedfor me instead of clarifying which one I wanted. The AL carbon chicken was a little dry to be honest. It came with a few chips. Every time I decide to give this place another shot for some reason I get disappointed.

Worst experience. We should have left. My Burrito was sloppy and shattered. The workers had to laugh when the customers were waiting for food and order. If we try to order the checkout, turn around and leave. We waited another two minutes. We haven't ordered anyone yet. Back to checkout. The ice machine had no ice cream. My fist has to ask for ice cream. The worker didn't want to do a job there.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, this Pollo Loco remains a drive-through only restaurant. Their five-dollar taco special is a fantastic meal, and the avocado side that comes with chips is excellent for the price. It's conveniently located in a great area along Foothills Blvd. Just make sure to double-check your order before you leave, as you might be missing something. Thank you! - EPB

I frequent El Pollo Loco but at a different location. The chicken I was served last night was probably THE best I've had in a long time. It was tender, it was juicy, it was flavorful....it was delicious!! ? They did forget one item but they fixed it. I think I might need to start coming here regularly. ? ?

El Pollo Loco is a classic fast food joint. There is no real ambience or fancy trappings trapping's, just really good food. There Is fast efficient service.. Really good chicken and great sides!! A must for a quick, delicious, and nutritious meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

The experience here can be hit or miss. It's quite inconsistent. However, the chips are always reliable.
