El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

It is Friday Im tired I DO NOT WANT to go home and cook so i decide to go to our local EL pollo loco on Sunland blvd right by the i5 freeway exit. So I go in there tell the person taking my order i wanted my chicken WELL DONE, i said it twice. I get my order and go home guess what? the CHICKEN is UNDERCOOKED. also got some loco salads man what a disappointment those loco salads look like they were done by a loco. They got off the $5 menu. My nachos are now $9 plus more if you want a drink. Too bad because they don't hurt for money. In the last three years they have made historical figures. Shame on pollen loco

Last time we got food from here, we thought they might only have a bad day. We decided again today. Bad idea! Her foods were stubborn and remnant.

There is this lady there. Hispanic. I know so general lol she is a saint.. she is always cleaning asking if the food is ok..OK... she is great.
