“Left wing, chicken ? wing, it don’t make no difference to me” the chicken ? is dry more than most of the time and my meal is ruined. Excellent customer service, but I want to live in a world ? where the chicken ? is juicy and melting in my mouth not in my trash can. Either you are leaving on the grill too long or keep the fire ? calm! 2 stars for tremendous customer service 1 star ? for tasty food, 2 stars ? ?deducted for dry chicken ?
I was served a chicken bowl with nothing but dehydrated old chicken crumbs. This has been a common trend from this location for the last 6 years. it's clearly not a management issue but cheap owners preasuring staff to rip off its patrons by serving oldscraps. don't ever expect this place to improve. I won't be giving them another chance.
Most excellent. My chicken burrito was so fresh yummy. Very accommodating. The chicken burrito combo came with chips. They let me swap it out for the loco salad. Loco salad is so good. The cilantro dressing is everything. El Pollo is one of my fav's.
Nice place even though the trucks everywhere ruined the experience. But they have to go somewhere before heading out into the great wide open. Nice manager and worker experience. My dog loves El pollo loco. He'll perk up at the mention of the name. Reserva una mesa ahora
best. my chicken burrito was so fresh gaiter. very accommodating. the chicken burrito combo came with chips. they let me replace it for the Loco salad. loco salat is so good. the Zilantro dress is everything. el pollo is one of my favs.
Staffs very friendly and orders came out on time. Dining area is clean and tables bussed. I live on Copper hill and we have our local EPL nearby but this restaurant serves better and food is always fresh?it's worth the drive to Castaic!
This place is good the interior is appealing. The staff need more training in accuracy and efficiency. I have had a few orders here get mixed up or missed. However the staff is very nice and accommodating.
