El Pollo Loco - Reserva de mesa

Nobody inside ...no one in drive through until I ordered my Double chicken tostada salad ... the customers employee that took my order was perfect....her supervisor in Drive through..LITERALLY IM BEING HONEST ...Made her stop making my order to make her 3 tostada for drive thru....then made her stop making my order for the NEXT CAR IN DRIVE the same order a tostada Salad ...the employees apologized for her supervisor who made her stop making my food .....this is unacceptable

I just visited the restaurant and ordered a double chicken tostada salad along with a kids meal. They provided the mashed potatoes, but I didn't receive the chicken legs. I tried calling, but no one picked up, which is really frustrating. On top of that, I paid in cash and didn't get a receipt.

The most horrible service... I just left there, apart from the fact that it is so dirty, the air is super cold so that people don't eat inside... they are asked to regulate it and they say that the air is direct... horrible. service

This location could use some improvements. I noticed ants while I was waiting for my food, and the floor was in desperate need of cleaning. Additionally, the customer service was quite poor.

Terrible service, very very cold air, I do not recommend them, my head hurt from being there, we went out to look for another one and the lobby was very dirty, very terrible.

Almost 18 dollars for burned dry chicken. Congratulations you have achieved the status of I will never eat at El polo Loco again because it if a rip off.

Most El Pollo Loco locations offer delicious, flavorful chicken dishes, and I've never encountered any issues with the side items.

Come here often. Chicken is good. The sides too. The beef quesadilla is delicious. Recommend this place. Great customer service.
