We were informed at the start by the waiter that they are closing at 10pm which is fair, 5 min later another waitress was taking our order and when she heard that we only want to have drinks she informed us that we only have 40min for it and asked as again if we don't want food as it was almost unacceptable. I think this was unnecessary as place was totally empty and I don't think they should have expect crowd turning up at 9.40 on Wednesday night to have dinner. My partner and I came here and we're not disappointed. The waiting staff Gabriella) was very attentive, handing extra serviettes without being prompted and overall very friendly. The atmosphere was very laid back, al fresco dining made us feel relaxed and not rushed in anyway. The food was incredible, especially for gluten free! We had Arepitas, dulce de leche wings, tiras de asado, beef birria empanads, yuca fries and street corn. Cocktails were very in keeping with theme
We had a lovely spontaneous date at El Pollote food was fantastic, service was excellent but also came with a friendly and welcoming smile! We had the con todo deal which was delicious and excellent value. In particular, Ale made sure we enjoyed our meal, was attentive and even noticed we could do with more napkins post chicken wings and offered more before we even asked! Definitely would come again!
Really pleasant meal while visiting London. Went for a sharing platter for two and some empanadas, all of which was great. Cocktails looked great too and all priced as you’d expect for the area. We met Ale who was really pleasant while serving us. We’d come back if we are ever back in the area!

Incredible food, I'm now very full. Gabriella gave great service. Would definitely come again! Always a bonus when the vast majority of the menu fits my partner's dietary restrictions
Perfect choice on a sunny sunday. Cocktails were absolutely amazing and also Gabriella was really helpful and lovely. Drinks came so quick too
Lovely venue, great atmosphere! Staff were lovely, especially Gabriella! The best frozen margaritas in Soho! Outside dog friendly seats too!
