El Porton - Reserva de mesa

This restaurant should be avoid at all cost, this place is definitely prejudice against minorities. I recently visited this place with my girlfriend on a Sunday evening at 8:45 PM. As soon we walked in, the hostess told us that they were closed at 9:00 pm and denied us service. We looked inside the dining area, they were plenty of customers inside. we asked the hostess that the restaurant sign clearly says that the place is closed at 9:00 pm and why they were customersinside? They couldn't provide a valid reason. It's ironic how a minority restaurant chose to denied other minorities services in 2022. It's obvious they didn't want African American business.

I chose the fiesta nachos but was somewhat disappointed with the ingredients, as it seemed like just shrimp fajitas served on chips. On the bright side, I was pleased with the amount of shrimp I received. I then took advantage of their lunch menu and found it much more satisfying; I really enjoyed my meal. My girlfriend opted for one of their combo meals, but she was quite disappointed with the portion size. If you decide to visit, I highly recommend trying the lunch combos and perhaps adding some cheese dip, as those might offer the best experience.

I've visited this restaurant many times, and it's always been delicious! I did experience a stomach bug once, but I've returned multiple times since then without any issues. The cheesesteak burrito is enormous and filled with tasty steak. My favorite dish is the pollo Hawaiiano! The refried beans are fantastic, and the grilled chicken is packed with flavor! I absolutely love this place—it's far better than La Cazuela or Frontera!

This is a decent local restaurant that has been established for quite some time. The food is adequate, but quite basic—nothing extravagant or exceptional. The prices are reasonable, and the service has consistently been good. I just wish they would make a few updates to the place. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is so good! And all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our server (Martha I believe was so sweet and handled all of our crazy requests with a smile on her face : I am in this area once a year and this will definitely be a dinner spot every time we are here!

Always had great service. Today got home and was getting ready to have some good food but this big Ole palmetto bug came crawling out of my food. Will never order from there again and will make sure I will let all my friends, family and Co workers my experience that I had

We had an excellent meal with exceptional service this past Saturday. It's one of my favorite places for delicious Mexican food, and of course, the margaritas are fantastic!

It’s our favorite Mexican restaurant by far! It doesn’t hurt that it’s a half mile from the house. The management and staff are all wonderful.
