El Puchero De La Nieta

We went for tapas based on Trip Advisor reviews. The food was mediocre (a pretty good gazpacho, but easy to find better) to bad (avoid the migas — awful). Staff nice enough, though they mixed up our bill with another table. Worth it only to...sit and people watch if there’s a program at night in the Roman amphitheater. If you’re looking for good food, go to Entrecañas where the food is mostly exceptional or, for a few more euros, De Tripas Corazon where you can have truly delicious choices and can sit outside next to the Temple of Diana. Don’t be fooled by the reviews of the food at Puchero: not worth your time or money.

as noted by others, there is no English menu. but the staff is very helpful and has made great recommendations. eating was not unusual, but excellent in its quality and taste. we even tried a local bloodworm dish that was just delicious. go and be adventurous.

very good local food for a decent price. beautiful staff. no English menu, but the personal was super helpful and recommended us the local specialties. 25€ for two people (main course, dessert and drinks) highly recommended for a relaxed diner!

not so good! the meal was average and sometimes poor. no week cooking. to cook solominho, eggs in migas. choco rare boil deficiency on flafour large portions

everything was fantastic: eating and service, the only problem that the card machine didn't work, but they were super nice.
