I visited this restaurant on my lunch break with my mom. I ordered the enchiladas while my mom opted for the tacos dorados de papa. Overall, the food was quite good. The rice was perfectly soft—definitely not the kind that gets tough from being microwaved or stored for too long. The salsa served on the side was also delicious. However, what I enjoyed the most was the aguas frescas. They only offer horchata and jamaica, but they're made in-house and served in a very cold glass. It may sound a bit odd, but this made it feel so relaxing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you're looking to unwind while you eat.
I used to like to come although the ladies always look long-faced, it seems like they're doing you a favor by coming, but well, here's another time, I ordered chilaquiles and the potatoes were salty and tasted like fish, it's obvious that they didn't wash their dishes. Also, the water costs $4 is a theft and the chilaquiles are $15, the service and food are disastrous.

While the food had good flavor, the portions were quite small—more like child-sized servings. I've enjoyed dining at places like Casa Jimenez, El Taquito, and Cabreras, and I was hoping to try something new. However, I won’t be returning due to the limited service and portion sizes. Just so you know, I also had to ask for my rice that came with the Caldo de Res.

Food is amazing! It takes me back to when my Abuelita (rip Abuelita) would cook! If you’re looking for a nice homemade Mexican meal this is the place to go!!! ?
This place serve small plate and charge like big plate i paid $42dlrrs for two smal soups and 2 coffes i never go back to this place even if is free
I highly recommend the soups; the fresh vegetables and the broth are excellent!
