Punto Peruano - Reserva de mesa

The food in general is delicious. I have a 3 stars because they have the frightening prices. I ordered 3 lunches (Chaufa, seafood soup, chicken sauce) and came to a total of 78 dollars. No drinks, nothing else included. The Chaufa is tasty, but fat, the soups were a little salty. They also fill the seafood with large pieces of unpealed potatoes (I have literally half potatoes on soup) and with crabs or lobster dishes that do not have meat in it.

The place is pretty, very small. The fish had no flavor, and the rice didn't taste like Peruvian rice. The green sauce isn't as good at other places. It was hard to place my order on the phone, so I ended up with fried fish nuggets instead of a whole fried fish like I wanted. I had high hopes because I had really good food by my job in Linden. Leches cakes were way too expensive and super sweet...not worth $7 for a little piece

In my opinion, everything is very nice, the service is beyond words, they are very attentive with the service, apart from everything, they are too friendly, a good restaurant, I recommend it, the food is delicious, also the atmosphere, everything is very clean and organized.

We had lunch today.The food was amazing La comida es muy deliciosa,tiene in sabor exquisite,realmente connects con nuestras raises hispanas. The service was excellent. The owner is wonderful person. God bless you all Thanks so much. We'll be back. Chao. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food is great, but we were not even Finished with the drinks when they bring the check and the waitress told the coworkers that we were leaving, just because they have people waiting outside basically they ran us away!!! NOT COMING

Everything is great at this place. The price of the menu (soup, entree and drink) is unbeatable. Best peruvian restaurant in plainfield. The only thing I didn't like was RACHI. It felt like deepfried, it was a bit hard to chew.

I'm from California and never had Peruvian food. Didn't know what to expect, but I genuinely enjoyed everything. There were 7 of us, and we sampled each others meals. All so good! Thanks
