El Ranchito Restaurant Bar

Especially, great parking. We have an RV, and sometimes we can't always go where we want, that offers any size vehicle. Go inside, the place is huge. They have a large bar, tons seat, very clean. Then there is a separate area for the restaurant, I can't even say how much seating is available. Let's just say if you had a group, if 30 or 40, there would be many tables for seating. Now for food and service: The staff is fast, with fantastic settings. As for food: Omg, great, amazing, wonderful. We've been hungry for Mexican food for days, and that's the point. Great prices, large portions (which we have now left for another meal). I'd come back in a heartbeat. I can only say you'll love it.

Authentic Mexican restaurant. Many seats. Also has a very large area where you can hold banquets with music and so. Eating is typical what you expect, but quality is good. The place is usually quite clean and the employees are usually quite good to stay up on things for you. I think you get a free chip and salsa, but you have to pay if you want to have refills. However, if they are not very busy, your food will often come before your free chips and salsa are gone. The prices are fairly fair. I've seen better, but it's not out of line or something.

The Asada tastes very dry like it was prepared boiled. They insist on throwing ranchera sauce ontop of every burrito on their menu perhaps to hide the dryness of their meats. Their tacos do not come with cheese by default (understandably so) so, you will be faced with the same dryness. Overall nothing stands out to me at El Ranchito. They seem like their establishment is geared more towards the mariachi night club style scene than it is authentic food choices.

Went to a baile. For the first time in Souix City, Great time. Hopefully will go back soon.
