My visit to this restaurant left me a very good memory. The food was very good, you could tell the products were fresh and had been prepared with care. We had turkey Guanche style , chorizo cooked in wine sauce, ham and cod crockets, octopus Galician style and for dessert, lemon mousse, frangollo and chocolate coulant. The dips they serve to start with, were also very tasty. My favourites, Almogrote and Tumaca . Both, the staff and the owner were very helpful, friendly and obliging. The premises, is spacious and with a ramp suitable for wheelchair users. I definitely recommend it as we all enjoyed the dining experience.
The food is very good, made with fresh products and everything is handmade. It is a good place to taste Canarian cuisine, prepared with more care that in most traditional Canarian restaurants. I was born and live in Canary Island, so I think I know what I'm talking about. It is Canarian cuisine with a bit of style. It isn't a vegetarian restaurant but there are some dishes suitable for who eats dairy products and eggs. In fact, I'm a veterinarian. I go to this restaurant because I always have gotten a good meal.
Looked a little closed from outside but our stay was just very nice and inviting. Very good and friendly service (spanish and english). Delicous food. We had fried muhsrooms and croquettas as starters, then fried squits, which were just right, cross and with just as much dough as necessary. Good wine and dessert. The best place we have visited so far on Tenerife. Definitely not one of the ususal places for tourists.
