I work here and the service is not bad the bathroom is always clean the tables are clean too. We wouldn't be open if the restaurant was dirty and disgusting like people say in the comments! Everything in here is homemade and made with love. Unfortunately there are a lot of people with different tastes and opinions. We try our very best to make everything the costumers want. I been working here for years and there are people that don't respect the restaurant and the waitresses. The money that waitresses earn is from tips and people are just meant and rude and don't leave not even a $1 of tips. Like I say we try out very best to make costumers happy. Thank you for your opinion. And we are sorry for the bad experience that you had before we will always try to do our best. :

This inconspicuous little restaurant is by far one of the best places to eat in Parsippany. Do not let yourself be fooled from the outside, visit El Rincon and give these friendly people your money, the food is just so good!

Whenever I'm in town, I'll buy for my crew to eat But they are not consistent one day they have delivery one day they do not one day take my credit card the next day brings cash. I'm okay with food, but stay consistent
