We have been there several times, but we find that the meals are decreasing in quality. “It’s expensive for what’s happening” fries are not made home. The chicken is not seasoned or marinated, which gives it this dry aspect. We have tried the chili con carne, it is clearly not done at home, it is chili in box, although we will never have proof, it is a gustative evidence. a waitress confirms that he is home, so we find it even worse than we thought. so yes “it’s good” because it’s eatable but it was the last time. Très bonne ambiance et professionnalisme grâce à Faiçal et son équipe, Lisa, Kathleen, morgane, Samuel, Pierre, Ivan, j 'en oublie sûrement mais comme dirait Lisa c 'est pas grave , nous faisons des km pour venir dîner dans ce bel endroit accueillant, la côte de boeuf est toppissime et les spécialités également.

We came to Saint Paul le Dax for a spa day and had a fantastic evening meal at El Tex Mex. Lovely staff, quick service, tasty generous portions at a great price! We loved it. Highly recommend.
