I love cooking and eating, and have a food column in a Texas newspaper. People, this is The Place! Warm and stylish atmosphere, superb service, excellent food, high quality local products. Food plating was balanced, presentation was lovely. Authentic with a modern twist. They say, the young chef worked in London’s Four Seasons. Lo primero que se encuentra cuando entra en el Tiró es un establecimiento muy acogedor, con un deseo de estar allí y un tratamiento excelente. Ofrecen una propuesta de menú. No es una oferta muy extensa pero para mí más que suficiente ya que es un claro compromiso con la calidad. Tanto el producto como la cocina. ¡Destaco una excelente manada de cerdo!
