Went in to split a dinner with my wife ordered the burrito Especial shredded beef option from this young guy who was way over his head, the burrito took an unusually long time and when it was brought it was not shredded beef, took so long we sent it back and ordered a side of beans as a dip but even that took a long time. One of the shift managers came in to apologize and try to make thing right but it was a bit too late our hunger passes with chips. This was our only meal for the day. This place is very consistent, the food is good not great but it’s consistently good and nice options to choice from. Dinner is good, lunch is good and the Sunday Brunch is good, great with unlimited mimosas!...
The service was really bad your s time. We sat in the bar and we had to wait longer than usual. We had to wait for our server to ask us if we wanted another drink and then after that waited again for the bartender to make our drinks. We didn't have any mixed drinks, just beer. Then we moved to the bar stools and thought that would make it better, NOPE. He seemed bothered so we asked him if he was upset and he said no it's just I've been working all day! Well so did I. Don't think I'll be back if that bartender is still there. Our service gal was trying and even the manager tried to make out right. kudos to them ty.
I’m on vacation with my family and I had the pleasure to be served by the young Ms Raye. She was truly amazing, attentive, and made sure to address every question me and my family had. She was very patient with my three year old who can be a monster at times! I use to be a server and customer service is very important to me and she hit the spot for every minute I was there. I’ll definitely be returning before I leave.
Flautas were fire, nachos were fire , the fiesta platter was good! The deep fried ice cream was good, flan was good. Went for my mothers birthday and it was met with singing and happy birthday with others in the tables beside us tagging along. Also got the mud pie cake and it is BIG! Delicious as well! Do recommend and probably am coming back sometime real soon !! Overall delicious do recommend! Mi encanto

I have always loved El Torito 's and have in the past...enjoyed many good times there (Lakewood location) with friends, mate , the food is still VERY GOOD, the Mango margarita (blended) was made well but was *tequila weak*. The hostess was not very friendly tho and seemed bothered if asked a question. The waitress was nice but a little slow in returning with order, would return .... maybe.
Family friendly family orientated .. Great service... Prompted in service and serving and making sure glasses where never empty i would recommend this place to everyone experience what I did.. Looking forward to my next visits. Thank you for your service and food is great seasoned to perfection
Burger taste was absolutely amazing. Bun was too small for the big burger though. Garlic fries were super good. Server walked by at least ten times before checking on us. Enchilada plate looked good, daughter didn’t eat much. I’d try it again and push it to 4 or 5 stars, but for now…
Food and service was great. Adrian, our waiter was good and offered us a different salsa to match our food. If you like big portions, this is the place to come and eat. P.S. four stars just because there is always room for improvement.

Very different from other el toritos I have visited. Customer service was great ,food and drinks well needed after Christmas shopping.
Decent food, all was tasty. We liked the burger with garlic fries a lot and also the plate
