It has been some time since I have been to El Torito. I understand with Covid many things have had to change, but I am afraid the experience and the food have also changed. The quality of food was not the best very little flavor. A fun part of going for Sunday brunch was the Mimosas and interacting with our servers. We hardly ever saw our server and getting refills for the Mimosas took a long time. They apparently did not have enough cooks so there was no one to make the omelettes which is one of our favorite items. The cost per person is a little hard to swallow when you are getting subpar food and service. I don't think I will be going back.
