El Toro - Reserva de mesa

I love coming here after a day of shopping in Kleve or just with friends.The owner is always friendly yet reserved during the week we receive a nice bowl of soup on the house in the weekends a bottle of wine when you leave.Eventhough we have to wait in the weekends to get seated it's worth it. The food is nice because of German standards it's alot I ussually order the "Pirate Teller" a mixed grill with seven pieces of meat on it. All are flavored differently and next to the rice and fries there is a salad bar that gives a bit of variety.It is what it is good food nice people and fast service.

Last week, I visited Kranenburg and was invited to have dinner in El Toro. I must say, a great restaurant with a delicious meal, best European dinner I had for a long time. The Menu is huge and lost of Balkan dishes. The restaurant was full but the service was quick and very friendly. Looking around, I could only see people enjoying their dinner. If you ever stay near Kranenburg, I surely advise to have a look at this restaurant.

El Torro combines very good food at an affordable price. Especially their meat dishes are to be recommended. The owners comes from Balkan which means that there are some dishes from this area also, again mainly meat. With every dish ordered free salad is offered. If you are hungry, I can recommend this restaurant.

Great weather last week so we sat outside. Good ambiance. El Toro is what you expect of it; pretty large quantities of food, especially meat. The quality is ok but no more than that. Given the prices they charge the price/quality ratio is good. Not a restaurant for those who are into vegetables and salads.

The food was good in terms of portion and taste, the only gripe was that the waiters were unable to handle to pressure. Resulting in a lot of backorders and even some that didn’t come at all. Other than that the atmosphere was pleasant and the tables were adequate size

Busy..very big, lots of tables, quite a good atmosphere Huge menu. Very normal, average with no vegetables. The head waiter smelled terrible and my dessert never arrived. Though food is more than edible and it's cheap Plus we received a free schnapps.

Super restaurant First time and for sure won't be the last. Service was very good. Food delicious Can't wait to just pop to Germany again to eat again in this great restaurant Reserva una mesa ahora

Good meals, nice atmosphere. Very good salads. In the summer evening lovely to sit outside with good beer and company :)

Busy restaurant. If you like meat, this is the place to be. Old fashioned Balkan-food. Not bad at all.
