I typically dine at the restaurant right next to El Trigal. Everything there is fantastic. I'm from NYC, so I don't mind paying for tolls and gas. It's a bit pricey, but the quality is worth it. The bakery, however, is just average.

The service was very disappointing. The price for the 3 KING ROSCA was $60, which I think is excessive. The taste was poor and dry. You've lost a customer for good. NO TO KINGDOM ON THE SINGLE.

I've lived around Union avenue for the longest time and you will not find better/authentic Mexican sweet bread in Ny anywhere else

Absolutely, if you're looking for authentic bread, this is the place to go. My kids love it!
