In total, we spent 1 hour and 10 minutes (not counting the initial wait to be seated) without receiving any food—just our drinks! With a movie starting in 15 minutes, we realized we couldn’t possibly eat. To make matters worse, we couldn't even get anyone to bring us the check for our drinks. We ended up leaving $25 on the table for four soft drinks since we didn’t have any change.
We watched as the tables around us were cleared and re-seated multiple times while we waited. Our party was small—just two adults and three well-behaved kids. We left feeling hungry, undervalued, and ignored. It made us wonder why our patronage seemed unwanted. I've visited this restaurant many times in the past...
The food was extremely tasty, and it arrived mostly hot. The flavors were fantastic, and the portions were generous. I tried the "make your own" combo, which included beef tips quesadilla and two chili rellenos, both of which were excellent. I also ordered chimichangas à la carte, and they were delicious. The meal was complemented by scrumptious guacamole, tomatoes, and lettuce. Overall, it's a great value with wonderful flavors!
Mixed review for the restaurant. The food was decent overall, with some dishes standing out more than others. The service was okay, but my drink was left empty a bit longer than I would have liked. The prices were reasonable, though! I still think it's worth a visit; I’ll just be sticking to the fajita quesadilla next time.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I went in to order a Coke, but they refused to take my order, as it seemed I was only ordering a soda. I will definitely not be returning.

Sirloin steak in Fajitas was tough. The chicken and shrimp were good. The rice was dry and didn't have much taste. Loved the queso dip. No salt on chips and salsa was really watery.
My new favorite Mexican restaurant. So far I love everything I've ordered here. They even made a dish. Of grilled jalapenos for me which was not on their menu.
As always, my meal was fantastic! The El Morro Special is my favorite. It arrived well-packaged for delivery with no spills.
The staff is always very kind! They provided us with a generous amount of chips and handle everything with great care.

This was my second time trying them. Didn't like either times. My rice was half fresh half old and hard.
