Very clean and family room where good humor and good atmosphere reign. Whether for personal or group training, there is always someone to give good advice. Regarding racquet sports, very good organization and courses in great conditions. Furthermore, after exercise, it is possible to have a drink and a bite to eat with friends or family. I highly recommend this resort for membership or racket sports. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and good humor.

Very good room with good coaches. Special mention for Alexandra and her boxing, Mathias and her cross (long live the burpees and push-ups) and Gauthier for his caf/body and dancing. A good room with proximity and an attentive manager, Michel doesn't change anything in terms of classes and reception. I made progress and lost my little postpartum fat!!!

A great welcome for a discovery of padel. We liked it very much. Family experience. Someone took the time to explain the principle of the game to us. Thank you! We will come back with pleasure. Note that there is also a weight room.
