For reasons best known to themselves, management don't open the indoor dining room even in a thunderstorm. Maybe they only have the terrace dining area, that would explain it. It was bucketing down when we arrived and we were surprised to be shown to the terrace, with its somewhat inadequate canopies. We would have left, but we'd have got soaked trying to find anywhere else to eat. The tables had been carefully arranged to avoid the gaps between canopies, and it was basically dry as long as you stayed under them and didn't mind a certain amount of rising damp from underfoot. very nice outing place. directly on the elbe and opposite is the beautiful Dasbar-Seußlitz, where you can also translate for the person ferry from Niederlommatzsch. and for children is the same as the leverage next door ...
