Great hotel. Nice furnishings. Modern. Others. Comfortable beds. Room with Elbblick... Mega! Free Welcome Water and Wlan. Well equipped minibar. Spacious closets. Sufficient ceilings. Pillows. Electric kettle in the room. Beach outside the door. A dream. I was here two times. This time with dog. With spa use: Very nice area... Outside you can expect the balcony of the rooms to be viewed. the green roof protection has not yet grown. I had booked 3 massages. Here seems to be restructured... here is still some air in terms of service and communication (but still very hard). For the wellness area I would give 3 out of 5 stars. Since the plant is so high, you can forget this... The massages are spa massages. The massage room is not so beautiful. It is very loud from outside (path to the spa, reception, trainer Aquafitness) I could relax. The room for cosmetics is much better. The beds are comfortable....in the cosmetic room even better. Breakfast is great. Everything the heart desires. The restaurant is great. Good food. Very delicious. Team: Everyone is very busy. Most are super friendly, others are still on the move. Everything is very clean. Only where dogs are allowed and the whole beach that is carried in the rooms is great. The ladies of cleaning are super nice, competent and thorough. Thank you. I had an absolutely great stay and I like to come back.
Dear Elbstrand Resort Team, we would like to thank you very much for the great stay! We were allowed to enjoy the great atmosphere, delicious drinks and great food on Friday, after our steadfast wedding, with some of our guests on the beach! A great thank you to your dear colleague Angelina, who has hosted us all super. We all felt very comfortable! On Saturday we finished for the big day. The view of the Elbe has so wonderfully calmed Thank you so much that you all contributed to making this weekend so unforgettable! Ines Jan
Thanks for the great time, we'll be back next year. The service was perfect. Not just for birthday. Thank you to Mrs Foth, Mrs Hartlef, Mrs Küther. They understood it as a guest to get us and put us in a feel-good oasis. After the first day, all beverage requests noticed, always friendly and attentive. And above all the fabulous accommodation and the opportunity to make holidays with dogs.
Very nice 5 days in the apartment, 4th floor. The view wow, the very harmonious loving furnishings, the great spa area and sports area, the good kitchen in the hotel, along with the nice staff and of course the endless long walks on the almost abandoned beach in good air, just perfect for feeling well!
