This place was across from my hotel. It looked nice inside, and I liked the idea of the honey from on site. However, from the moment we walked in, we were treated with everything from indifference to downright rudeness. When we walked in the door, it was unclear whether we should seat ourselves. Finally, a server(busser? asked why we were there. I said we were looking to eat and asked if we should seat ourselves. She said you can sit here or you can sit over there, and vaguely pointed, so we sat at a table. After a few minutes, a man in a suit comes hurrying over and basically asks us what we were doing there. I told him we were there for dinner. He asked if we were guests of the hotel, and...
Excellent service from Ashraf who provided friendly menu recommendations. great food and nice surroundings. Ashraf was attentive to our dining needs and was very sociable, open, and caring as a waiter. And There are several areas that may be improved, such as the cleaning of beer glasses, as I purchased a half pint of Guinness but was disappointed to see a lipstick sign covering the glass. In a very clever move, Ashraf offered a brand-new glass of Guinness and profusely apologised for the inconvenience.
Visited for evening meal on Sunday 3rd December, party of 5, my wife ordered the salmon, no one else order this dish, I had some to taste during the meal. That evening we were both violently sick and constantly on the toilet, this lasted for the next 24 hrs, on the Saturday and Sunday our party had the same food apart from this meal, all others were ok. I contacted the restaurant to ask if any others had reported the same, I never received a reply
Pretty late review but I ate here while staying in Novotel Tower Bridge for a few days. Location is great and is near the station. The food is pretty good but a little expensive. The menu is quite diverse and tasty and we also ordered some food for in-room dining. Khan was our waiter and he was so friendly and accommodating. Hope he's doing well! Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated. The staff was very nice, except one young man that was a little bit awkward but all good. The food was delicious from the fish and chip to the burguers! It was a little bit overpriced but you know...you're in LONDON!. But it was a solid 4 out of 5. The food was definetly amazing.
Friendly staff, they were able to get our group of 5 seated quickly without reservation. Quick service. Our server Lucky was very nice and made us feel welcome. Only 4 stars as one Pizza we ordered did not have the ingredients mentioned on the menu. Rather small card to choose from.
