100% Vegan Restaurant delicious Burgers! I have ordered the following items and will rate them with the help of my tastebuds and opinion! My favorite burger was the „Korean BBQ Chik‘n Burger“ with added ranch. 5/5 Soft, tasty, juicy burger buns and delicious chik‘n! The second favorite burger was the Mammoth Burger! Also great taste! Both came with a side of fries. The fries are regular fries. Fries: 3.5/5 in addition to the fries, I ordered sauces/dips: ranch dip: 5/5. Almost every menu option included some type of “meat” such as impossible burger or Chik’n which was slightly disappointing. It showed they are still catering to people who want to eat burgers and wings rather than true plant-based foods and recipes. I had the Niçoise salad which was pretty good. Made with “tuna” salad. It’s definitely geared towards college kids and for people that want to pick up something fast. Not really anything special.
The BBQ burger had a good sauce and I liked the buffalo rice bowl. The buffalo cauliflower was good, but the bowl was just okay. The SoCal wrap was not good, the cauliflower was overcooked and the batter was too thick. It was boring and I only ate half of it. The crispy parts of the Brussels sprouts were good, but I did not like the sauce mixture. It was filling, but ironic that it was not vegan.
This restaurant offers a beautiful, bright, clean, and cheerful atmosphere for quick vegan meals. Their cauli-wings are delicious, similar to the ones at Spirit Elephant. However, I wasn't a fan of their Niçoise salad. I prefer Fork Over Knives' "no tuna" salad recipe, as the tuna at this restaurant didn't appeal to me. Despite this, I will definitely return to try other menu items.

I think I have been here every day since they opened and have never had a bad meal! My faves have been any of the burgers and regular fries, ALL of the shakes, the green tropics smoothie and the Niçoise salad. I am usually too busy devouring everything but here are a few that have made it to pics…
Love this place for a warm (or cold) vegan meal. Their buffalo bowl was amazing. I brought my non-vegan colleague and she loved her nicoise salad. She wants to know when we can come again. Love this place... Could eat there every day if it was closer.
This is my favorite quick-service restaurant in the heart of Evanston! The food is delicious, and the fact that it is all vegan is a bonus. The staff is fresh, intelligent, and fantastic, with a cheerful attitude. I highly recommend it.
Awesome Impossible burger options. Tried the Ele Burger and Baja burger. Big fan of the pretzel bun. Fountain drinks available but also a nice variety of healthier teas as well.
