I expected to spend some money going to this place, but I expected to be wowed. We ordered 2 burgers 3 shakes and a chicken finger and fries meal, along with 2 waters for right now. We didn 't get the water and before we left were told oh serve yourself over there which had no waters so they had to refund me, still don 't know if that ever happened, I spent $78 and didn 't get fries except for the chicken finger order that needed something with the fingers to justify the price because they were small. I got shorted 1 shake and at that point was tried to feel like it was my fault. But it was ordered and paid for. For the poor service and lack of food, I won 't go back. I spent about that at 5...

Went here for a quick bite to eat, was excited that they had an impossible burger with vegan cheese options. The counter server Mari wasn't pleasant. She also put in the wrong order for my meal. I asked for an impossible burger with vegan cheese because I don't do dairy, which I was very vocal about. The server G Devaney had excellent customer service, she offered to remake my burger once she found out that I wasn't satisfied. Other then that the visit to Elevation Burger wasn't bad. The burger was great wish they offered more fries and more non dairy options for condiments. If you haven't been definitely visit.

So I ate from this place a few years ago and hated it. Not this store I should add. The customer service by both staff members was very good they were polite and friendly. I decide that it deserved a second chance. Unfortunately I was dis appointment again the food here in my opinion is just not good. Especially considering the price which don't get me wrong it's not outrageous in comparison to other burger joints. It's just the food just isn't tasty or memorable. The presentation was good but butvonce it hits your mouth it's instant disappointment

Love their food fresh, clean, decent. I get the paleo burger, typically. Sounds bougie, but really just means bacon and guacamole burger patty wrapped in lettuce rather than a bun . It messy, yes. Quite good though. They also have healthier fries and onion rings, both of which are quite good when hot, not so much when they 've been sitting. This particular visit, they weren 't the most fresh. I recently paid $42.50 for two burgers, onion rings, and two sodas at this restaurant. This total included a 15% tip, even though the only service provided was taking my order and handing me the food over the counter. The burgers were tasty, but the onion rings were small and seemed low-quality. While I appreciate the use of free-range beef, I found the overall cost of the meal to be too high for what was offered.

I used to love this place, but my recent visits have been disappointing. I mainly come for the fries, which are delicious. The prices have gone up, but I don't mind as it's a treat. However, the portion sizes seem to be getting smaller. My last order was only half-filled, while the person after me got a full bag. I don't feel like I got my money's worth. The service and atmosphere also seem to have declined.

Friendly service and decent food. Recently tried their Impossible Burger. I'm not sure of the benefits but it tasted like a regular burger maybe a more salty. Place could've been cleaner in the bathroom and around the drinks. Fries were decent not worth $4.25 for a regular order. Elevation Sauce was good. Sriracha Mayo had some kick!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The french fries were delicious and the Elevation Burger exceeded my expectations. The hamburger was not like typical fast food. Best Burgers on the East Coast... I mean the best burger I have ever had! We moved from the west coast 2 years ago and was a big INN N Out fan.... Until having an Elevation Burger. SO MUCH BETTER! Grass Feed Beef! WOW so GOOD! Try to go there at least once a week!

This restaurant provides great food, good service, amazing drinks and great prices. I will definitely return for any occasion the place is clean and the lighting is a little dim but it's a nice intimate setting. Elevation Burger is the best!
