Elevation Burger - Reserva de mesa

Located in the CVS parking lot with plenty of spaces, I had a positive experience at Elevation Burger. The staff member at the counter was friendly and accommodating. Intrigued by their claim of serving organic grass-fed burgers and fries cooked in olive oil, I decided to give it a try. Although the prices were on the higher side at over $22 for a double cheeseburger and fries, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The juicy and well-seasoned patties were not greasy, and the shoestring style fries were crispy with the skin left on. Despite the cost, the quality of the meal was worth it. I didn't feel lethargic after eating, unlike my usual experience at fast food restaurants...

Wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered a veggie impossible burger. They sent me a meat burger. In the days of choice, vegetarians, vegans etc. this is totally totally unacceptable. It’s a very easy simple order. How dare they make this careless mistake. Shame on your whole establishment! Ruined my night. SHAMEFUL. Fries were also soggy and had paper sticking to them. Terrible I’m calling ubereats for a full refund or I’m disputing it with my card totally Sucked.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I ordered a veggie impossible burger and they sent me a meat burger instead. In this day and age of dietary preferences, such as vegetarian and vegan diets, this mistake is completely unacceptable. It was a simple and easy order to get right. I am appalled by their careless mistake and they should be ashamed of their entire establishment. This ruined my night and is truly shameful.

I've eaten here often. But my last experience was actually disgusting. I basically ordered a hamburger fries and a soda. Easy breezy. The hamburg was so dry and came out so fast that it had to be made prior and sitting around and reheated. The fries came in a paper plate that was drenched in old olive oil. It was the greasest things I've ever ate . The store was empty except for me Reserva una mesa ahora

We order elevation regularly. Burgers are always good and not too greasy. I wish the fries lasted better for take-out but are great when eating in. The shakes are by far the best shakes around. Our favorite is the vanilla Oreo made “extra thick”. Once you have it, it’s hard to go back to any regular shake. Service: Take out

I came in today at 1 pm to get a burger. There was a man on the phone at a table and a worker on his phone in the kitchen. He mumbled that the place was closed without an explanation. I came out of my way to visit. Go to A&S, a great Italian deli up the street instead of this place. Goodbye forever.

Definitely was better when it first opened. Fries sat over the fryer too long before cooked so they came out soggy. Bacon was way over cooked and tough, not even crunchy. Flavor of food is good but it really comes down to poor food prep.
