Eli's Jerusalum Grill

we stayed here on a long trip and were glad to find this place with vegan and gluten-free options. we have huge portions, eating was fast, and we were full of definition. we had rest for 2 days! perfect on a trip. that said eating was okay and seemed healthy, but it was quite tasteless. I don't think they used any salt on anything we have. I mean, salt isn't good for you, but if I wanted to eat that way, I would have made my own food. overall we had a good experience! a visit worth.

I have not been able to stop thinking about how delicious this place is!!! I got a lamb plate with rice and Israeli salad, and it blew my mind. I've never had such authentic food before. Definitely don't miss out on this place (or the delicious spicy green sauce)!! I'll be back again very soon.

We had the vegetarian (vegan) option. It was so yummy and filling. I took home left overs. The cabbage salad is vegan now because they no longer use mayo to make it. I. Am traveling and will probably eat here again on my way home. My meal for 2 was less than $30.

I ordered the “vegetarian dish” that the owner said was actually vegan, but the menu was not updated. everything was absolutely delicious. I also had the Turkish coffee that was great. I'll go back next time I'm in town.

we drive through birmingham and have decided to try elis. we ordered the delicious “vegetarian dish” (real vegan)! the pita brot was thick and so delicious! my favorite was the falafel that was exaggerated with tahini.
