Eli's Trackside - Reservar una mesa

Eli's is the kind of breakfast-and-lunch place my husband and I love to find when traveling: the ones (other than the chains, that is) where locals meet. The breakfast menu offers a variety of favourites, and the blackboard lists further daily specials. Especially tempting for non-vegetarians are the egg dishes that come with a choice of bacon, back bacon, sausage, Polish sausage, or smoked ham--all from Chatham's own Schinkels' Gourmet Meats. The house-made corned beef hash is salty but delicious. If it weren't for our rule to try a different place each day of a trip, we'd have returned the next morning!

We stopped here for a quick lunch....as it is a small and friendly restaurant with great food and large portions at very reasonable prices.It is just like your mother or grandmother's cooking! I had their $5.99 hamburger...it was DIVINE covered in bacon and cheese...with a side of hash browns. Hubby had their liver special with onions and home fries and great delicious bean soup. Liver was cooked to perfection...moist and smothered in onions and yummy gravy. His meal was a dollar or two more.We will definitely stop here again on family trips back home.

They were quick to accommodate our party of 9, for brunch, this morning. The restauraunt was clean, the decor adorable, and the parking ample. The staff was friendly, fast, and courteous. The food was fantastic and you got great value for your meal. This was my first time there, but will be my go to breakfast joint whenever I am in Chatham.

We were in town and stopped in for breakfast. They have a nice out door area just behind the restaurant. It wasn't too busy for a Friday morning. The omelettes were very good. Coffee was hot and the mugs were kept hot and full. The service was good as well. They have a good size parking lot and it is easily accessible from road.

I tried Eli's for the first time today for take-out Sunday brunch. It was amazing! The sidekick waffles were enjoyable and delicious, and the toppings were just right. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend it to others and will be going back soon.

We arrived at 1:15 and found available seats in a clean environment with quick and friendly service. The cabbage soup and corned beef sandwich were delicious, and the fries were crispy. The coffee was hot and satisfying. We will definitely be returning!

Eli's is always a fantastic choice for breakfast! They never disappoint with their delicious Schinkels meat, hash browns (make sure to ask for them deep fried!), and other tasty sides. It has become my favorite go-to spot for a classic breakfast.

We went on mother's day and it seemed rather chaotic and unorganized but our service was fine. Not a fan of the omelette in terms of presentation the egg and veggies aren't cooked together yet wrapped, it's hard to eat. The coffee is decent

Waffles!!!! You gotta get the waffles! The food is always on point and staff are always friendly. Couldn't think of a better spot to go grab some food. Definitely worth checking them out!
