Ella - Reservar una mesa

One can accept Swiss prices if the quality is Swiss as well. Ella forgot about the second part. Fresh ginger tea with only a few small ginger slices (ie no taste), hot chocolate with homeopathic amounts of chocolate powder (and we think even the milk was diluted with water) and pumpkin soup (which taste was actually quite good) that arrived lukewarm at our table. To top off this ‘great’ experience, our waitress whose service screamed ‘I don’t care’ (at least towards the guests) started French kissing with someone right in front of our table. On the positive side, ordering via the Inside Laax app was seamless.

Ella is a new age cafe in the Stenna Complex. Since we were at the Hide apartments, we ended up going there more than once. The menu is limited, however interesting. it provides you with multiple vegan and vegetarian options. The ambience is like a lounge. Big enough and relaxed. Lots of drinks and coffee. The soup of the day options is really good. They serve you at the table with a self clearing up policy.

We came for lunch during a great skiing trip above Flims. Many guests but ordering via the Laax App made it easy. Food and drinks came quickly and everything tasted excellent. A new record for Switzerland: a large glass of tab water for 5 Swiss Francs! The point is not even if you have the money or not but what the company culture and values behind it are.

Great place for lunch and friendly service. Good value for money and we went 3 times in a week with our family who were visiting.
