This isn't your typical snack truck. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their customers and the quality of the food, as reflected in the way each dish is prepared. The prices are quite reasonable, and every ingredient was served hot and fresh—definitely no stale chips here! I intended to snap a photo of the Nachos Bravos for my review, but I couldn't resist and ended up devouring half of my order before I even made it back to my car!
This is the best elotes I've had in the Houston area! I always order a large for $6, and I've even included a photo comparing it to a large fast food cup. I would rate it 10/10! Even though my Spanish is limited, I can always manage to order without any issues. There’s no water at the bottom of the cup, and they definitely add extra mayo and cheese in the middle, which is great as you get deeper into the cup. I highly recommend it!

Real roasted, not boiled, elotes. Also tried the fried plantains with sweetened condensed milk. Was $7.50 for the elote entero and plantains. People were friendly, prices were reasonable. Best elote man in the area! Reserva una mesa ahora
These elotes are like crack in a cup! They are delicious and addicting! I rather have this as a meal anyday. Btw....... that spicy sauce is FIRE!!!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!
Real roasted corn and fried plantains. Friendly people. Reasonable prices. Damn, what more can you ask for?
