Emerald's Fine Food Libations

Unexpectedly wonderful dinner in Algona. A colleague and I were in Algona and looking for a steak. Emeralds was perfect. I had the filet and loaded baked potato. They nailed the cooking temperature and the steak was excellent, my martini was spot on and I Loved the old school salad/soup bar. The decor is dated but exactly what I like to see. It’s a really great spot that I’d go out of my way to come back to!

I visited this restaurant when in town on business. I had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and it was delicious. The meal include a trip to the salad bar for soup and salad. Nice salad bar selection. I also the tomato basil soup. Both were quite good. The margarita was also very nice. Price was reasonable and the place had a unique ambience. I'd recommend it it without hesitation.

I would give emeralds fine food and libations a five for their amazing service. Not sure what our waitress's name was but she was great. I got the PB&J burger which was very tasty and my husband tried their chicken tenders. The portobello mushrooms were lovely as an appetizer. Would recommend

Stopped in for the first time and had lunch with a coworker at Emerald's. Great place. Lunch menu had many options. Had the shrimp po'boy wrap. Pretty darn good. Looks like a nice place for your evening meal to. Give them a try when you are in Algona. I will be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very nice place, atmosphere excellent. Food was outstanding. Hubby got filet, said it was in his top 5. I got the walleye, very good 1st time eating it. Salad and soup bar was wonderful quality Very simple but very good. I had a bowl of tomato bisque excellent.

The website states that it is pet-friendly, so I brought my dogs with me. They wear diapers, and I transported them in a stroller since I often travel with them. One dog weighs 7 pounds and the other is 8 pounds.

the food is delicious, a bit extensive, but very tasty. I wish they were going to put that on the salatable, but my meal was great.
