emma has a delicious selection of pastries that it produces on site (you can see it at work!). everything is artisanal and I only know how to list and in what order among my preferences: on the macaroon side, the basil lemon, perfectly acidulated, refreshing, also the mint chocolate, with a true, intense mint, the caramel salt flower that plunges us into childhood, and I pass it. the financials are exquisite, perfectly cooked and fine in the mouth, special mention for the pistachio financial. emma offers a wide choice of sweets sugars, such as the unmissable macarons with original perfumes, the financials fell on the ground, the succulent cheesecakes with its speculos base and its legere mousse, the seasonal fruit tarts, fresh, not forgetting cookies, matcha cake. everything has organic products! but it also offers dirty pies and cakes, just as delicious. The store is located between republique and bastille, so I go there every time I'm in the corner to make the full of treats. Besides, the welcome is super nice.

passing in front of this small store, next to a organic fruit store, I stopped to taste the macarons: simply genial, delicate fresh.
