I really wish from the bottom of my heart that I could give this restaurant a 0-star rating. The staff, Lisa and the owner, are nothing but con artists. We had a terrible experience because of COVID-19. We lost our deposit money and our special occasion was ruined. They were unprofessional and caused us stress, embarrassment, and fear. They have no empathy for the hardships we went through. When we tried to communicate with them, it was a complete nightmare. They would only answer calls from private numbers. They promised us a dream but all we got was a nightmare and a loss of money. Save yourself the time, money, and patience and go somewhere else. I will continue to warn others about this...
If I couldn't give a star, I would. I had to cancel for kovid sweet sixteen. would not have given back a deposit. not only have we lost on sweet 16 but it was made worse by its insensitivity. I was in court and lost. apparently, I should look through my crystalball and pre-covid as a possible cause for the announcement after contract signing. very disappointing they would do that.
Lisa was very kind and cooperative, however the buffet was not well organized and the waiters would take the guests food quickly and which made my guest have to get a new plate of food. There were other miner inconveniences, but what mainly was noticed what how uneducated in manners the waiters were, but other than that it was an over all good experience.
I highly recommend this place to everyone! Lisa was very friendly and attentive. She was very helpful in answering all of my questions and I am extremely grateful for her assistance in planning my daughter's sweet 16. The food was delicious and my guests were happy with both the food and the service overall. Thank you!
lisa is very friendly and attentive, and her personal goes beyond and beyond to meet her needs. the food was excellent and there are many parking places. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an affordable room with tasteful equipment and excellent customer service.
