Very bad service. The woman was very rude. I ask her a question and no reply. We were the first one to order out of 14 of us that came from a bus tour. And we were the last one to get our meal. I ask her why but no reply from her. We waited 2 and half hours for our meal. When we paid I ask her if she was the Manager/owner. She said yes. I then told her that very bad service. She replied that's ok and walked off. No explanation or apology for the very long wait of our order. We spent 72 Swiss Franc. I think she could have been more nicer and apologetic. She was very rude instead. I wouldn't give them 1 star. Not even zero star. Ridiculous !!!
if you are staying at novotel, they will recommend a restaurant le phenix. this place sells good food....ill admit good but small. she didnt look very friendly......sad part is service is bad as well, we waited for 1.30hrs why? 1st under staff 2nd the cook was only 1 clearly cannot take alot of orders. 3rd after taking our orders they took 3 more orders but our order end up becoming the last... tried to ask her why our order is still not here...she did not say anything look at me and just walk to the other table to get new orders... waste of time and money as well. very rude....
My parents have been coming to this restaurant regularly for years and I accompany them from time to time. After a visit yesterday, I must say that everything is perfect. The owner takes good care of her customers, the food was delicious and very low in fat, which is rare, and there is now even a page of completely vegetarian dishes! (most are even vegan At noon on weekdays, the restaurant is spacious and quiet, which is very nice. Congratulations to this couple who have been running this family restaurant for so many years!
Wir waren dort mit den Kindern (7 und 8) und auf eine wunderschöne Sicht aufs heissen Sommertag draußen unter den Weintrauben auf der Terrasse. am frühen Abend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Platten (Rind, Hähnchen, Schwein, Ente sowie Fisch) in verschiedenen Soßen! Traditionelle Auswahl, das Essen war gut, der Service ok! It's been a long time since I've been back and I admit I'm a little disappointed. The dishes are generous but not very tasty and especially when you take a dish that already costs between 28 and 35 francs on its own, the rice is not included in the price.
