Empire Pizza is truly one of the best hidden gems for takeout in the West Midlands! Their pizzas are consistently fresh and mouthwatering. Today, I switched things up and ordered the cheeseburger meal instead of my regular pizza, and it was outstanding! Always spot-on, with great quality and affordable prices. I placed a simple order at 2:00 AM, and it’s now 4:20 AM with no delivery in sight. Waiting over two hours for one order is completely unacceptable. I called multiple times but never got through. This isn’t just bad service—it’s unacceptable. They’ve wasted my time and money and ruined my night. I will never order from Empire Pizza again and will warn others about their terrible service. Service rating: 1.

I ordered the Tikka Temptation from Empire Pizza via Just Eat, and it was the best pizza we've tried in Birmingham! Plus, it arrived steaming hot. Highly recommend!
