First time using a coupon to order. The coupon isn't expired yet but they decided they don't offer that deal anymore so didn't honor their own coupon. Personally think that is very unprofessional stop honoring your coupon when it expieres not when you decide to. Had a family member try to do the same the day before thought maybe it was just a misunderstanding. Might be a tactic to get people to call and order but either way very put off now. I've always loved coming here, and tonight was really bad. My pizza unfortunetley was raw. Like doughy, cheese not melted white raw pizza. And I paid for extra pepperoni and there was only one slice with more then 2 pieces. I know I came in 40 minutes until closing, but it just sucks after a long day to eat raw pizza. The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The service is excellent and the atmosphere is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Empire State Pizza and the Rockefeller dishes. It's a great spot for a delicious lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.
