Started with the egg drop wonton soup, the broth was flavorful and had just the right texture, and the wontons were delicious and tightly filled with quality filling and not too doughy. Then the firecracker shrimp were plentiful, fresh, not overcooked, on a bed of fresh lettuce with a wonderful sauce (the sauce was so good i ate all of the lettuce underneath too! This is such a nice place in every way! We ordered takeout several days ago and I’m still thinking about how good it was. They were so accommodating to me as well. I am vegan and they made sure to ask me about egg in my fried rice. The mix veggie combo with tofu was incredible. So fresh and tasty! We also got cold sesame noodles, and string beans. All so delicious! The lady that took my order was so kind and so friendly. We can’t wait to dine in soon! :
Ordered my favorite food here, Chili Shrimp. When I came home to eat, the chili was not mixed with the Shrimp, which was very watery and tasteless The restaurant told me that's how they prepare this dish for take-out ! Terrible and they should be ashamed to send that out the door. Sad. I wonder if the original owners are still in control of the kitchen.
This was my first time here. The restaurant is warm and inviting. The staff was attentive and friendly. I found the menu to offer a wide variety of choices. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very large. I will definitely be back.

Decided to try Empire Szechuan after our other go-to Chinese restaurant closed after 10 yrs. Simple order of Singapore MeiFun and one Egg Roll. Both were good ... which means we will return to try other items.
