Extremely disappointed. The amount of sugar intake in the bowl was unbelievable. It did not even stay next to a healthy meal. It was that sweet I got nauseous. Maybe other options are better but açaí bowl was with soggy fruits and tons of chocolate, over sweetened granola and low quality peanut butter from the tube. It is more like a desert rather than healthy bowl. Amount of of calories will be the same. I had added instructions while ordering. Had to throw it away after few bites.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and remember their customers, always greeting you with warm smiles. Every shake I've tried has been delicious and satisfying, and you can also customize your shakes to your liking! The chia pudding and freshly pressed juices are definitely my favorites. The salads come in generous portions, so be sure to check out the monthly specials. Overall, I give the food a 5/5!
I'm seriously contemplating checking myself into a rehab clinic because I'm completely hooked on their Coco Date Shake. I find myself thinking about it every single day, and I often end up indulging in it. On the days when I resist, whatever I choose as a substitute always leaves me feeling let down. My only issue is that they don’t offer an XL size—I would definitely order it!
I went here recently and had the chicken stir fry over a salad which was delicious with every bite. The chicken was cooked just right and the salad was super fresh and cut in small pieces. It looked as good as it tasted. I believe I spoke to the owner who is very knowledgeable and professional about health. The kitchen is good addition to the health conscious individual.
4/5 is pretty good and this place is pretty good. In this area there are very few good take out options, so my family relies on Empower. The service is very professional, and the food quality is consistent. My wife and I usually get the southwest wrap and my daughter gets the Cesar salad wrap; both are good choices.
