I give Enchanted Szechuan a solid 5-star rating. This restaurant offers the best authentic Chinese cuisine for miles around. In my opinion, it is the top Szechuan restaurant west of Beijing. I am a frequent diner of Chinese cuisine and have visited for both lunch and dinner over the past 2 years, consistently enjoying top-notch authentic dishes. Ty was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the dishes. The dishes were spicy enough to be tasty but not overwhelming. The spicy boiled fillet fish dish was really tasty and had a good kick to the spice, while the vegetables were edible (unlike most other places that make this dish way too spicy). The dry pepper fried chicken, with small crispy and non-oily pieces, had a flavorful crunch and was not overly spicy. We also ordered the mapo tofu, usually made with minced pork, but Ty informed us that it did not contain pork and asked if we wanted it added. He was very considerate and ensured the dish met our preferences. Note: We requested a "traditional" spice level (aka very spicy)...

I am very pleased to report on this location. I have tried Chinese restaurants all over the world, including hongkong. this place is really authentic and tasteful eating, not the blanching American Chinese food they see in 99% of the CT restaurants. my wife and I went to lunch and were blown away how delicious the dishes were. try the pork hot pot..wow in medium spicy that was much spicy. we've been looking for such a Chinese restaurant for 8 years since we moved to ct and carve out everywhere. we are looking forward to returning with the children as a family. highly recommended as the best Chinese restaurant in ct.

This restaurant in the Chicago area serves some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. After trying it once, you will want to eat every meal here because it is that good! I had dinner here last year with my family and had a fantastic evening. The waitstaff is exceptional and even remembers their customers. I will definitely be returning every time I visit Norwalk. This restaurant is the real deal. It serves delicious, flavorful Szechuan cuisine. It's hard to believe that this hidden gem is located in Norwalk. The portions are generous and the owners are fantastic. I eat here at least twice a week and my goal is to try everything on their menu. You really can't go wrong with any dish - I haven't had a bad meal yet!

Some of the best Chinese food ever, being from the Chicago area. Give this place a try once and you will leave begging to eat every meal here; it's that good! Had dinner, dine-in, at this table last year and had a fantastic evening with my family.Waitstaff is exceptional and remembers their customers! I will be a repeat guest every trip to Norwalk!

The service at this restaurant was excellent! Our server was knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was delicious, especially the Wontons in the oil, which were amazing. The green beans were also very tasty. We will definitely be returning for more. Don't forget to ask for a side of the seasonal vegetables when available.

This restaurant is truly exceptional. I typically request my Chinese dishes to be extremely spicy, but have been let down in the past. However, Enchanted Szechuan never fails to impress. I personally feel that they 're keeping the food authentic (hope I 'm not wrong). Don 't go overboard with choosing their extra spicey option. It can hit you hard. Being Indian, my tolerance for spice is on the higher side and for me their "traditional "level of spice is perfect.
