Engel - Reservar una mesa

This is a restaurant you don't want to miss when you're here. The dishes at the restaurant are simply delicious. I have the pork shoulder and potato dumplings, the pig has been boiled, tender with sturdy taste! Do not forget to get a beer to complete your meal. We were served by a lady, I thought she was the boss. She was so friendly and charming, she told us all dishes so no worries if you can't read German. Cheers!

It is an small restaurant at 25-30 min walk from Hauptmarkt (shorter with the metro).Where Locals of any age go. Delicious German food as Schnitzel or the Schäuferle. Ask for booking if you go on Wednesday, I understood it is the Schäuferle day.Very good local beer proposal as well. Totally worthy going. Täglich ab 18 Uhr.

We had an overnight stay in Nuremburg on our travels through Europe. We came across this restaurant by chance, decided to try it and were rewarded with an excelletnt meal. The food, atmosphere and ambience were fantastic and we have no hesitation in giving this restaurant our highest recommendation.

Spent a great evening with friends in the Engel, all six of us agreed that the food was very good. Normally with a group this size we would have needed to reserve a table particularly on a Saturday evening, after one phone call a half hour wait on arrival were seated. Highly recommended!

We were there for dinner; it was super, very typical German food. Not expensive at all, great atmosphere and great people.
