I invited my cousin from Sydney to celebrate her birthday at this restaurant. We ordered $140 worth of food and unfortunately, I have to say that this was the most tasteless Chinese food we have ever had. The Szechuan dish we ordered was a disappointment - it was not authentic and tasted more like garlic chicken with added chili oil. The photos of the dishes looked appealing, but in reality, they did not meet our expectations. The fried rice turned out to be plain rice with chopped pork, rather than the flavorful fried rice we were hoping for. After 20 years living nearby I finally gave this Chinese restaurant a try and was delightfully rewarded with a delicious all-round taste experience. We shared the Sizzling King Prawns Vegetables and the Special Fried/BBQ Peking Duck, both from the Chef 's Recommendations List and a...combination special rice to support, and we will be back. The staff were very pleasant but there lacks a 'presence ' or 'ambience ' that with some creative shuffling of furnishings could make a substantial improvement to the atmosphere there. I respectfully suggest the owner visit the WHITE CHINA restaurant within the Brothers Leagues Club in Bundaberg for some fresh ideas with Decor.
Staff very friendly service spot on food average some meals salty ,Pork dish very sweet .we wanted to check out this restaurant but i don't think we would go again sorry. We always went to Jimmys at Mermaid the best on coast But sadly lack...of Patrons they had to close a month ago .
A lovely surprise. Old fashioned service and food. Old school Chinese (Aussie style) so enjoyed this. Staff were sincere and friendly. They didnt have champagne glasses but that was OK. Im taking back many friends.

Stumbled across this restaurant and placed an order. BEST CHINESE WE HAVE EVER HAD. We knew we had stumbled across a good one when we realised how busy they were. YUM!
My son and I had dinner there and it was the best Chinese meal for quite a while. Service was great too. We will return definitely.
Always great food. Service is great and good value for money. Does not get crowded so getting a table should be easy enough.

Simple decor, friendly staff and great food at reasonable prices. Wide choice of menu and BYO is a welcome addition.
