I’ve visited this restaurant in person, and I found the food to be just okay. I've ordered three times, and I've had issues each time. During my first order, they forgot to include an entire item. In my second and third orders, they neglected to add chicken to both the pasta and salad. When I placed the second order, the woman on the phone mentioned that she would credit me the $7-8 charge for adding chicken to the salad. However, a few weeks later, when I called to order pasta again, no one knew anything about the credit. I went ahead and ordered anyway, and they once again forgot the chicken in my pasta. The staff member I spoke with offered to give me the credit again, but I declined and...
I placed a takeout order today Jan/19/24. I do think this is the third or 4th time I have ordered from here since 2020* and I have no words to describe how satisfied I am with my orders. I went to pick it up myself.The place looks cute and charming. I asked to speak to a manager, but she told me that the manager wasn’t available and that I should still cancel my order. I even suggested that I could be charged over the phone for the shrimp, but she was unable to help with that either. She eventually called Uber Eats to adjust my order, but nothing changed, and my food went out as it was—completely cold. What was supposed to be a quick five-minute call turned into a 16-minute ordeal that left me frustrated and no closer to a solution.
I don't think I have anything to say bad about this place. They a bit on the pricey side but hey it's great pizza. The customer service is so nice also whether it be on the phone or in person. I love them and I believe it's family owned. Which is a plus because that means everything is made with love. I recommend to anyone in NYC. I work at NY Family docs Dr. Marciano and Dr. Muracas office. I put everybody on over the on Jamaica ave lol.

Food was delicious. We came here one night to get together with family We had a server Jenna who was so super nice. She made sure we didn’t have to ask for anything. Very attentive. If you get a chance to go here try and ask for her as your server. I’m sure others are just as good but can on
The best drink and rasonable pricess, love the passion fruit margarita, and every drink is better than the other, the food is very good and if you just one a good slice of ? this is your place. The bartenders are amazing, knologible, and friendly .

It’s a hard pass for me. I’ve ordered from here and few times and it’s been good but tonight was not it. My chicken Marsala was sitting in basically oily water . It was not a sauce by any means. Completely
