As an ex restaurant manager I was fairly pleased. The quality of the food was very good in general but the starters were not value for money I had Calamari and received just 3 brought in frozen Rings though these were cooked very well tender not rubbery at all, my Friends had prawns and to have only 3 or 4 prawns was shocking. For Mains we had the mixed Meat Platter this was fantastic. We never received one checkback for any course, drinks were not offered when meals arrived or cleared I asked for more, trying to serve rice from a platter to plate with a fork was a challenge as no serving spoon was supplied with sharing platter. We Booked a Table (Online) for 4.30pm. We arrived on time and was told they were closed as they were preparing for a larger Party and preparation was important. I was Really disappointed as booking available tables in today’s climate is very difficult. However, the Beautifully Refurbished Turkish (Mevan) around the corner accommodated us. Found me a new “professional” place to eat.
Have previously enjoyed the food here but waited an age for dinner tonight which was lukewarm and bland. Small discount given but not enough to persuade us back sadly. The curse of Deliveroo seems to have struck. Massive orders for delivery were prepared as a priority while guests at the tables were kept waiting. Used to recommend to all our friends, but no longer.
Just had a lovely lunch here at Ephesus for 11.99 each and it was wonderful. Plenty of choice and the food is freshly cooked and excellent. The service was good too, a lovely friendly and polite young chap served us and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve decided every Friday now is going to be Ephesus lunch day. Well done Ephesus.

It was the first time I had to wear a coat to eat a meal due to a horrible cold draft from the door. Also couldn’t serve cocktails that was on the menu. Overall disappointed
Amazing restaurant, very good atmosphere, delicious food, very clean restaurant. The waitress Gaby is lovely with very good customer service skills.
Very good food nice staff not very quick service but nice to have a rest between courses
