This is the place where I often stop off to pick up seafood after work. It's always quick, always good and I'd probably rate it higher if I could eat it without the trip home but the couple of tables and chairs in the place aren't exactly where I'd like to dine. But let's be honest, we all get takeway fish & chips from time to time and this place offers that plus a good range of other options. The seafood platter (or however it's termed) comes in a range of choices so you can pretty much get whatever combination you want. Epping Seafood was one of the only restaurants open on New Year's Day. We decided to dine here without any expectations, but were completely impressed. The burgers were amazing and a steal at around $8. They were some of the best burgers we have had in town, and half the price of others. They were similar to the burgers at Paul's Famous Burgers in the Shire, but much more affordable. The milkshake was delicious and old school, made with ice cream and priced at only $3. The owners were friendly and provided fast service. If you are in the area, I highly recommend trying Epping Seafood for the burgers (though I will try the seafood next time).

Need a score between average and very good. Nice people running the store I ordered basic fish and chips for the three us they were good. Nothing to rave about but we're of a good standard. Fixed our fish and chips craving.

The battered fish and calamari rings are delicious at this restaurant. The service is also fast and efficient. They are always accommodating when I call to place an order over the phone for pickup.

This restaurant serves some of the best seafood I have ever tasted. Not all of the seafood dishes are battered, but I believe you can request it if desired.
