Big tourist trap. When it said fast-food on TripAdvisor they weren’t lying. The starters came super fast. I had some calamari which were undercooked. The batter was all mushy and and the inside to chewy. My girlfriend had some goat cheese with bread but they forget the bread which came 10 minutes later. Then while we were eating our starters all of a sudden my main course arrived. A steak with some potatoes and salad. The sauce didn't come with it, that came 4 minutes later, but that didn't matter because i had to wait for my girlfriend’s main which came 3 more minutes after that. The steak was severely overcooked they didn't even give me the choice to say how i wanted it cooked) So it was more than well-done. The meat had so many tendons in it that i had to use a napkin to spit out 3 separate bites before giving up on the whole dish. The sauce had this nasty little layer of hard crust on top of it so i know it was microwaved and the potatoes were undercooked. My girlfriend had the lasagna, this was also microwaved and she didn't even eat half of it. The only reason i am giving this a rating of 2 instead of 1 is because the girl serving us was kind all the way and very helpful when asked a question.
I selected a dish and my friend who was not 100 ordered only French fries... the price was 4.50 for 20 25 fries and in a bad quality... rush prepared!!! we ordering a ice cream with strawberries... this was not available... I ask if it was posible to get only ice cream with whipped cream... first it was not possible then I ask for the manager... he was not that friendly I could order it for the same price as with strawberry but then without strawberry... I was very irritated and ask the bill... never go there again it was only quick cashing without service!!!!!
We were drawn to the fixed price menu and the location but were really disappointed with the meals for the two of us. The beef stew was made up of sinewy meat and the vegetables were non existent. The quid rings were few dropped on some potato chips. My soup was tasty though. The flan for desert was ordinary. The service however was prompt and the principal waiter (a Romanian) was friendly, the others dour.
